Step 2: First login to your Facebook account and go to the security setting page. It is simple to find. Click on the arrow that points downward and select “Settings” from the menu. Next page, click on the security icon in the top left.

Step 3: on the security page. there is an option available “Deactivate your account” click on it. After that, at the bottom, there is a link that says “Deactivate your account”. By clicking this link, you can see a page open explaining the process of deactivation.

Step 4: Fill out the form for deactivation. To deactivate your account, you have to give proper reasons for why deactivating your account. When you are ready to deactivate your account, click on the “Confirm” button and your account will deactivate for the world. You receive an email from Facebook that your account is deactivated. You can activate your account by login into your Facebook account and click on activate your account.
