This is bullshit and nothing to do with recovering deleted messages. This i only how to backup your Facebook profile. You should rename it to “How to backup Facebook Messages, Pictures And Videos” because that is what you actually are describing here.

It seems that messages are “recoverable” into the file sent from facebook official website, only if the messages are still in our mailbox…we don’t need to recover messages if we still have those in our mailbox.
