Step 4: Fill out the form for deactivation. To deactivate your account, you have to give proper reasons for why deactivating your account. When you are ready to deactivate your account, click on the “Confirm” button and your account will deactivate for the world. You receive an email from Facebook that your account is deactivated. You can activate your account by login into your Facebook account and click on activate your account.
